Operational Rules

1. General Information

Pilateez Studio offers group and individual reformer Pilates classes.
Classes are led by a qualified instructor. They do not constitute medical therapy.
Studio operating hours are posted on the website and may vary according to the schedule.

2. Booking & Payments

Bookings can be made via the online reservation system on the website or the Bsport app.
You can cancel a class up to 24 hours before its start time. Cancellations made later will forfeit the class without refund.
Payments are processed online or according to the studio’s instructions.

3. Attendance & Responsibility

Clients must arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts. Late arrivals may be denied entry.
Participation is at your own risk. Clients must inform the instructor of any health limitations.
The studio isn’t responsible for injuries that occur due to not following the instructor’s guidance.

4. Hygiene & Safety

Exercise is done without shoes, in clean attire, and with grip socks.
Each client must disinfect equipment after use as instructed.
If you’re ill, please do not attend the class.

Data are used solely for reservation management, informing clients, and accounting purposes.

4. Liability

Pilateez Studio isn’t responsible for any errors in website content or system availability.
Clients are responsible for the truthfulness of information provided during registration and booking.
