- Protecting property and personal safety – CCTV monitoring in the studio
4. Legal Basis
- Performance of a contract (booking and attending classes)

5. Data Retention Period
Standard client data is kept for the period strictly necessary, up to 3 years from the client’s last activity, unless the law requires a longer period.
CCTV recordings are usually stored for 3–7 days and automatically deleted unless retention is required to resolve an incident.

Terms & Conditions – Pilateez
1. Introductory Provisions
These terms govern the relationship between pilateez studio s.r.o. and clients when purchasing or booking Pilates classes via the website and reservation system.
2. Booking and Payments
- Bookings are made through the online reservation system.
- Payments are processed via an online payment gateway or other methods listed on the website.
- Purchased classes or passes are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may cancel a class free of charge up to 24 hours before the class starts.
- For late cancellations or no-shows, the class is forfeited without refund.
- If a class is canceled by the studio, the client will be offered a replacement class or a credit refund.
4. Liability
- Participation in classes is at your own risk. Instructors are not medical professionals.
- Clients must inform the instructor of any health limitations before class.
- The studio is not liable for injuries resulting from improper equipment use or failure to follow instructions.
5. Complaints
- Complaints can be submitted via email within 7 days of the issue.
- We will handle complaints without undue delay, no later than 30 days.
6. Final Provisions
- These terms come into effect on June 15, 2025.
- The studio reserves the right to modify them. The latest version is always available on the website.
