Base

Beginners to Intermediate

A gentle, calming class based on traditional Pilates fundamentals. Ideal for beginners or anyone seeking mindful movement. Focuses on posture, breathing, and core activation. Expect a slower pace, intentional transitions, and deep mind-body connection. Great for easing into practice or as a weekly reset.

Burn

Intermediate to Advanced

Elevate your energy and engage your entire body in this high-intensity class. A mix of traditional Pilates and modern dynamic sequences helps build strength, flexibility, and endurance. Flow through powerful moves with precision and leave feeling strong and energized.

For those who like their flow with a bit more fire.

Jump Burn

Intermediate to Advanced

The Burn class with a jumpboard twist. Using the jumpboard attachment, you’ll activate your core, tone your legs, and boost cardio endurance through rhythmic, controlled jumps. Expect challenging sequences that improve coordination, balance, and strength – all while honoring Pilates principles.

All Levels (Men-Focused)

A class tailored to the specific needs and movement patterns of the male body. Emphasis on posture, flexibility, and core control, combined with strength-focused sequences that challenge the entire body. Whether you’re a beginner or an athlete, this class offers strength, precision, and progress.

Private lesson 1:1 or 2:1

All Levels

Individual lessons focused on your specific needs, movement goals, and experience level. Suitable for beginners, advanced participants, and clients with health limitations.

The 1:1 option ensures maximum attention from the instructor, while the 2:1 option is ideal for pairs with similar skill levels

Reservations

Class reservations open exactly 2 weeks in advance.

Even if a class is sold out, check again 24 hours before – spots often become available.

You can book either group or private sessions. For exclusive private sessions for up to 7 people, contact us at hello@pilateez.cz.


Waiting List

If classes are full, you can join the waiting list. If someone cancels, you’ll receive a notification and have the chance to book the open spot.


Cancelation Policy

Our cancellation policy allows free cancellations up to 24 HOURS before the booked class. Please cancel as soon as you know you can’t attend – this gives others a chance to join.
